Bing Bros

Bing Bros is bringing Jian Bing (煎饼), a traditional savory crepe, to Hawaii. Its bold contrast of flavors and texture has made the dish China’s most famous street food! Each one is cooked fresh to order on a cast-iron skillet. First, we spread the batter, scramble an egg over it, garnish it with green onion, cilantro, and black sesame, flip it, add our special Bing sauce and chili oil (if you like it spicy), add your choice of protein (optional), zha cai (Chinese pickles), cucumber, lettuce, and wonton crackers. Then it's rolled up into a burrito shape, then cut in half. It's incredibly fun to watch, and it always draws a crowd! Bing videos are gaining vira-bility on Instagram and TikTok.
