Vashon Garlic

Located on beautiful Vashon Island, we are certified organic family-owned farm committed to growing the best garlic possible. One of our goals is to continuously improve the soils and biodiversity of our farm. Our heirloom variety of garlic, Croatian Purple, is unique to our farm and we have been growing it in our neighborhood since 1922. It has a buttery flavor with a spicy-peppery finish.
