Tea is sold loose leaf in a resealable pouch.

Organic Ingredients: Lemon balm, chamomile, licorice root, peppermint, lavender, rose hips, cinnamon chips, lemongrass, crushed cardamom, orange zest.

brewing instructions:
Pour a cup of boiling water over about 1 tablespoon for 7 minutes or more for desired flavor. For full benefit of herbs brew for 6 hours and reheat.
loose leaf tea can be rebrewed by adding slightly less water to tea to steep again.
