Safari Sun Tea

Inspired by the months I lived in Mozambique, this tea is a favorite to let slowly diffuse in the warmth in the sun for a few hours and then pour over ice.

Organic Ingredients: Ceylon OP, Green Jasmine, Dried Mango, Lemongrass, Dried Elderberry, Licorice Root, Bergamot Oil.

brewing instructions:
Pour boiling a cup of water over 1/2 tablespoon (or to taste) and steep for 5 mins. Rebrew by adding boiling water to tea leaves (less water to maintain strong taste).
