Organic Ingredients: Hibiscus, Rose Hips, Licorice Root, Lemongrass, Rose Petals, freeze dried strawberries, freeze dried raspberries, and freeze dried blueberries.

Brewing instructions:
Add 1 cup of boiling water to 1/2 tablespoon of tea and steep for at least 5 minutes. Strain if desired.
Loose leaf tea can be rebrewed, but use less water to maintain a good flavor.
