Little Loaf Bakeshop, LLC

Operating out of the Underwear Factory's Incubator Kitchen in Poughkeepsie, NY, Little Loaf Bakeshop is a queer- and trans-owned vegan bakery that focuses on making delicious, high-quality pastries inspired by seasonal flavors and using as many local ingredients as possible.

Our goal is to build a thoughtful, kind, and sustainable business. For our products, this means we work to balance high quality, low environmental impact, and accessibility. For our physical locations, this means we work to create a safe, welcoming, supportive, and kind environment for both team members and customers.

We’re proud of the pastries we make, and we hope you can taste the love, care, and attention to detail we bake into our products.

Oh, and as for the name Little Loaf…we’re named after our cats. You know when they put their front legs under their bodies and they look like loaves of bread? That’s where it comes from. Though, arguably, at least one of our cats has graduated to Big Loaf (Cheddar Biscuit, our big orange tabby).
