TinyGreensCT is an urban farm located in Stamford CT. We are a couple who share a love for growing their own food. Now it is time to share what we do. We specialize in growing Microgreens, unique seedlings that you can not find all over and herbs.

What are microgreens you ask? Almost ever mature vegetable has a microgreen counter part. Early research has indicated that microgreens contain up to 40% more phytochemicals (beneficial nutrients and components) than their full-grown counterparts. Though these little greens are small in stature, they contain extremely high levels of powerful vitamins, minerals, and health-supporting components. We want to educate the community on these tiny greens and how to incorporate them into your everyday diet with amazing recipes. We are microgreens with a purpose.
