Our small Confection Bakery is specialized in European Pastries. We make Canelee , bake custard using rice flour , eggs, milk, and butter. It is gluten free and we offer diffrent tropical flavors fillings , using local fruits in season, passsion fruits, mango, calamansi, coconut, chocolate, sea salt caramel, banana ect.
We also offer Pastel de nata ( a portoguese egg tart). We sell them individulaly or in prepackaged boxes.
