About
Easy Grow Solutions offers fully-automated, outdoor vertical hydroponic gardening systems. These systems are design for consumers to easily grow fresh, organic produce in their back yards. Systems are fully automated and require very little monthly attention to be successful. These systems do not use soil therefore are very resilient when it comes to pests and disease. They also conserve vast amounts of water compared to traditional gardening. As the owner, I have been successfully growing fresh herbs and vegetables since 2010 and have turned this passion into a small business venture. We not only provide equipment and consumables but unlike most other suppliers we offer full service installations and consulting for our customers in the local Tampa Bay market. I currently own a business & building on Main St. in Dunedin and have attended the Downtown Market many many times over the years.

The best way to explain my experience is to say that I am sort of a geek gone garment guru and gardener. My background is science and engineering specializing in laser and optical sensing systems. I love science and will always be a geek at heart.
After retiring from corporate America in January of 2006, (at a ripe old age of 37)my wife and I decided to open a custom t-shirt shop. We had so much fun with this business - new technology, quality products, good value, and outstanding customers. After exploring options for expansion, it turns out that it was a really great franchise offering, so we started down the path.
In October of 2008, with all of our systems in place, we sold our first franchise and never looked back. Franchising is an amazing industry and I had the time of my life. It was always an honor to help others build and live the American Dream through small business ownership. ( www.bigfrog.com )
After 15 years of operating a successful franchise system, it was time to look towards a new business opportunity to challenge my potential and growth path.
In 2010 I discovered the joy of gardening through a more technical means employing vertical hydroponic gardening systems. I fell in love with the concept and the technology and am to-this-day able to successfully grow a wide variety of produce to feed my family. Furthering my passion for gardening, in 2019, I began to conceptualize a business to help consumers employ this relatively new gardening style but the timing never really worked out. But finally, in the fall of 2023, I launched Easy Grow Solutions, LLC to realize this decade-long dream of a small business that follows my passion for suburban & urban farming.
