My name is Saif and I’m the founder of Manna Bakery. I started the company a little over 2 years ago as an online business and I’m currently expanding to a brick and mortar location. It’s a Levantine (Eastern Mediterranean) inspired bakery that utilizes flavors like rose, pistachio, Zatar, cardamom etc… and produces some traditional Levantine items as well.
