Buckwheat Lettuce

We currently grow Buckwheat Lettuce every week to include in our small batch, custom blend, premium salad mix, the Luxury Salad Hot mix. Otherwise, if you are looking for a bulk order or a PURE pack, we can grow to order/ please allow up to 2 weeks.

Buckwheat lettuce, naturally gluten free, is a relative to Rhubarb, and makes a great substitute for traditional iceberg. Although mild, it has a tangy, citrusy flavor. Whether you are looking for a nutrient dense protein packed green to add handfulls to your smoothies, or you'd like to curate your own salad mix to include Buckwheat, Pre orders are required to get this on it's 2 week grow cycle.
