Based on the ‘Belper Knolle’ ours is a raw lactic-style goats milk cheese blended with grated garlic and salt, then hand formed and rolled in ground toasted peppercorns and aged for at least 60 days.
Enjoy the creamy garlicky peppery flavor finely shaved or grated over pastas, salads, casseroles, scrambled eggs, or folded into potato dishes!
