Preserving Our Future And Saving Fruit From Waste takes many forms for us. We buy farm produce in bulk strategically to save them on crop bruising and loss rates, and collaborate with the local market to make sure hyper-productive crops and other overabundance challenges lead to as little food waste as possible.
