Production Practices
We ferment lactobacillus using rice, water, brown sugar, sea salt until it reaches an acidic value of 3.5 in order to create a probiotic which is the basis of our products.

We became interested in probiotic fermentation processes when we farmed a permaculture plot in Kerala,India from 2009-2015. While working there we developed processes to eliminate chemical uses on our plants and create stronger plant systems by using probiotics in our soil and fertilizer processes. Our harvest yields and plant health were dramatically alter when we used probiotics. It created a passion in us to share the uses of lacto-life, teaching people to live under less use of chemicals that are disruptive to the natural environments.
