Dream Girl Farms LLC

We are a small-acreage family farm located in the Mann Creek valley of west central Idaho. The area lies in the rolling and arid foothills of the Hitt Mountains. At an elevation of 2,650 feet, the area is hot and dry in the summer months while snow-packed and wet in the winter months. Due to these constraints, working with Nature is vitally imperative.

Ecomimicry is our driving force. We utilize regenerative farming methods, environmentally responsible practices and conservation of the land we use for the benefit of future generations of humans, animals, plants and fungi. Relying on techniques such as rotational grazing, green manure, composting, natural & biological pest control, and finally but not least of all, resting period during the cold winter months, our deliberate conscientious actions contribute to carbon sequestration and water retention.

Our fungi, plants and animals - that is, the food we eat - are grown and raised in the most natural and ethical way possible.
