Navajo Churro Lamb

Our small batch farm has expanded into specializing in the conservation and preservation of the Navajo Churro Sheep. This SLOW FOOD lamb is sought after by chefs and is known for its mild yet sweet flavor. MKONO churro lamb products will be fully stocked late February.

We will carry shoulder roasts, leg roasts, loin roasts that you cook whole or break down into lamb chops of different variaties, ground lamb, lamb shanks, and lamb bones.

Late January we will offer customers the ability to order a whole lamb with or without the pelt. We do encourage customers to consider the whole lamb method of purchasing so that you are ensured to have lamb stocked in your freezer. Currently we only harvest llamb once per year and we anticipate selling out very quickly.

Churro lamb pelts will be available later in the year and are a perfect addition to any decor.
