W. S. Jerky focuses on making ground beef jerky in ten flavors. Hickory Pepper, Prime Rib, Mesquite, Teriyaki, Sweet & Hot, Maple Jalapeno, Spicy Lime, Pepper, Original Heat, and Inferno. With ground beef we get a softer chew and a more flavorful taste all the way through, so you don't get the gum effect where the flavor vanishes after a bit.
