Nomad Bakery LLC

Nomad Bakery LLC is a NH Licensed Food Operation located in Derry, NH. As the owner/manager and as an award winning artisanal baker, I specialize in hand-crafted, artisan breads such as challah, sourdough and fougasse. I use organic and locally sourced ingredients where possible and am in partnership with Granite Grains, Amherst, NH, where I source organic, heirloom whole grains which I mill in-house for my 100% organic sourdough loaves. I am also in partnership with A&E Coffee & Tea and offer my own Nomad Baker's Brew, a single origin, organic coffee grown on a small farm in Guatemala.
