Thistle Hill started out with Karen and Kristin (mother daughter team) as licensed bakers. In 2017, we added a food cart and Kristin’s whole family to bring hot foods, baked goods and homemade drinks to the market. For 2019, we plan to just sell our baked things. Some of our baked products include cupcakes, Cardamom Bread, dinner rolls, cookies, muffins, and bars.
By having a Commercial kitchen, you can be sure our products are made in a kitchen that is clean and inspected.
