Roll Out Foods “Sushi Man”

We offer traditional and unique sushi hand rolls using local ingredients as much as possible.

Hand rolls with ingredients ranging from smoked salmon, raw ocean fish, to vegetarian options as well.

My goal it to bring delicious fresh sushi products to the Farmers Market, and to commune with the people of Moscow.

Some of our hand roll ingredients (Tuna, Unagi Sauce, and Veggies) are prepped before events at commercial kitchens we use in Moscow, ID: 1912 Center Commercial Kitchen, or One World Café Commercial Kitchen.

Remaining prep and final products take place at the Event. Hand rolls will are made to order and assembled for serving onsite.

Seaweed paper is lined with sushi-rice, layers of selected ingredients are placed on top, and then rolled inside the seaweed paper to create a perfect handheld street food.
