We are a Latina woman owned business making the most flavorful birria in Waco. We serve tacos, tortas, and in the winter a fusion of Japanese and Mexican birria ramen bowls We handmake organic corn tortillas and use grass fed/finished beef provided by Outtaline Beef. Also serving handmade Aguas Frescas. Looking to expand the menu to provide seasonal items but we are experts in making birria.
