We are from South African and make our own beef jerky called Biltong (air dried steak) We import our traditional spice from South African. We have different flavors and are currently at festival's, flea markets, bazaars and gun and car shows to get our name out there. Our product is different from the USA jerky as we use airdrying and not heat drying.

My husband - Eben started making the beef jerky for us as we missed home. We stared showing interested in it. We both worked and could not really focus on our company, 3 months ago I decided to leave my job and invest all my time into our company. Meegan our daughter assist us by doing marketing and setting up the events for us. So its more of a mom and pop business, our goal is to open a South African shop in Colorado Springs when we have the finances.
