First Home Care’s Mission is to provide children and adolescents who require out-of-home placement with comprehensive, safe, and coordinated services in the least restrictive, most natural environment. First Home Care’s therapeutic foster care services maintain a continuity of care that is child-centered, family-focused, and community-based. Our agency is committed to providing culturally sensitive approaches as well as trauma-informed practices with an outcome of reunification, kinship placement, or adoption.
