Emily Zettel
Emily Zettel is the owner and founder of Box. Paper. Scissors. Co.. She grew up in a small town in upstate New York, where she was fell in love with the changing of seasons. With fall came new school supplies and the smell of changing leaves. In winter, the colorful holiday lights and taste of cookies brought inspiration to her creativity. Growing up with a creative mother, Emily helped with seasonal hand-made crafts that her mother sold in her annual holiday craft show.
Emily took several art classes at Hillsborough Community College; however, most of her skills are self-taught. With a passion for creating beautiful and unique papercrafts that bring joy to others, Emily hopes that her products inspire others to explore their own creativity. Eventually, she hopes to expand her business to include easy paper crafting kits, for all ages.
When she is using her creative skills, Emily likes to binge watch what she calls “terrible television” with a lot of reality TV, and true crime series. She likes to bake, loves theme parties, and has been known to thrown down at the local karaoke bar.
