Ngot means “sweet” in Vietnamese, our core flavors are inspired by Asian culture, but we also enjoy influences from around the world. Our goal is to be as innovative as we are caring, we are committed to putting fresh and real ingredients into every baked good.

I have always loved baking, from making pies with my grandma to making homemade cornbread for my family as a little girl. It brings me so much joy to see people enjoying something that I made. Seeing a smile on someone's face is so rewarding, and that's what I strive for everyday.
