At High Fidelity Bakery, we specialize in lovingly prepared donuts, cookies, tarts, sweets, and savory items that also happen to be vegan and gluten free. High Fidelity Bakery is a passion project started by husband and wife team: Brady Hatin and Janette Spirk. As a life-long advocate of the vegan lifestyle and parents of an amazing (but very gluten-intolerant) daughter, we know a thing or two about staying true to your lifestyle choices and catering to people’s sensitivities. That’s why we chose to develop and refine the best vegan and GF recipes you can find in the City of Brotherly Love. We want our customers to feel rewarded for their lifestyle choices and dietary restrictions, not punished. We test, workshop, mix, and master every recipe to ensure they are every bit as delicious as their non plant-based or GF alternatives.
