Delicious Belgian serves Authentic Belgian "Liege" Waffles.
Liege Waffles are made from a Brioche type Dough with added Pearl sugar to give the Waffle a Caramelized Crust and a soft delicious taste.
We serve the Waffle Plain, or you can add all types of toppings such as Fresh Strawberries, Whipped Cream and Belgian Chocolate Sauce and Biscoff "Spekuloos" Cookie Crumble, Biscoff Sauce and Home Made Biscoff Ice cream for an original Biscoff sensation.
We also serve savory Waffles such as our Wafel Croque Mosnsieur with Mornay Sauce and Chicken and Waffles.

Hi, I'm Tom Leroy, Im originally from the Belgian Coast and have been living in the US for 14 years.
I'm a trained French Cuisine Chef, I went to some of the best Hospitality and Kitchen Management schools in Belgium, Ter Groene Poorte in Brugges and Ter Duinen in Koksijde. I also have a degree in Business Management.
I've worked together with multiple Michelin Star Chefs in Belgium, such as Pierre Wynants from Comme Chez Soi in Brussels and Luc Huysentruyt from De Snippe in Brugges. Before I moved to the US I worked together with the biggest catering company in Belgium, Belgo Catering, located in Brussels.
