The one and only local entrepreneur running an urban in microgreen farm! * I'm driven to increase the availability of healthy foods in the market to create a happier community with less stress, growing smarter, and becoming more beautiful + While I try to get into the Bradenton and Lakewood markets for exposure and customers I invite everyone, anyone with their friends families and neighbors to come to the Life&Foid superstore @

The smoothie section is amazing! Just come peek at the fridge next to it. We're I the middle and third-fourth row down!
You'll see all the pretty greens just begging for you take them home :)
