I am a vendor raising money to buy a food truck currently, I serve cottage food. Made at home and sealed properly. Menu includes corn salad, mexican bean salad, and salsa in 5 oz cups with tostitos chips. Strawberry rolls with vanilla graze and guava pastries.
I am 30 years old, I have 1 daughter 9 years-old. I discovered my passion for cooking since I was 10 years old. I worked as a medical receptionist for many years but I would love to start a food truck business for myself. Currently, saving money for it and serving cottage food to comply with state guidelines and still do what I love.
