Ghost Gold

Ghost Gold is an artisan jam company born out of a love for gardening, charcuterie boards and everything ghost peppers. During the pandemic, I planted a few Bhut Jolokia peppers in the hopes of adding a bit of color to my garden. Those bushes produced hundreds of peppers. I picked those little gems at the height of ripeness and began thinking of a way to use them. So, with the help of my husband Shane, we set off on a culinary journey. We began experimenting by cooking them down with different fruits and vegetables to create the perfect blend of sweetness and heat. Each Ghost Gold jam has a delicious and unique flavor profile, sure to tantalize any palate.
