CRAFT KAFE IS DEDICATED TO CREATING THE ULTIMATE BAKERY EXPERIENCE WITHOUT THE USE OF GLUTEN.
We believe in using fresh and clean ingredients. We source quality foods, and stone milling our flour ensures that we give our customers the highest quality product. We specialize in various baked goods including cinnamon rolls, muffins, fruit hand pies, cupcakes, and more amazing delicacies you'll see laid out on our table.
We bake everything from starch. We use our house made flour from our stone mill. Organic brown and white rice and sorghum.

We are an energetic team of service industry professionals striving to provide baked goods and community outside of our cafe walls. Between our team we have over 10 years of extensive knowledge working closely with allergen sensitive customers. We enjoy meeting new people and take pride in providing the standard in gluten-free pastries in the Tampa Bay Area.
