Our Farm Pantry sets feature elevated essentials for the home chef. From our signature lemon basil olive oil to our spicy chile salts- each kit is crafted using our homestead's seasonal produce to put forth a truly farm to table pantry!

- Lemon Basil Olive Oil: Grown and bottled at Rock Bottom Farm, our Idaho homestead, our Lemon Basil, this special basil infuses your culinary creations with a burst of refreshing citrus and aromatic basil notes.

- Coriander Vinegar Spritz: Once our cilantro flowers bud into zesty green coriander pods, we infuse high-quality vinegar for a grilling powerhouse. Use the Spritz frequently during grilling or smoking to retain moisture and add a hint of acidity to meats/fish/veggies!

- Green Chile Salt: We love these Alcalde chiles, indigenous to New Mexico but grown for a collaborative project with Snake River Seed Co-Op. Dehydrating them when red or green showcases the versatility of their flavor and level of punch! Sprinkle on eggs, bread & butter, use in a rub, or spice up a cocktail!

- Red Pepper Chile Salt: We love these Alcalde chiles, indigenous to New Mexico but grown for a collaborative project with Snake River Seed Co-Op.
