KCC and Mililani Farmers Market
Aloha, thank you for your time in reviewing my application. I would like to become a vendor at Mililani and KCC Farmers Market. My product will consist of a variety of Deep fried spring rolls. Pork and vegetable rolls, vegetable rolls, shrimp rolls, lettuce wrapped springs, and banana lumpia. Please excuse me as this is my first business adventure and appreciate all the help and guidance in becoming successful. I have been making spring rolls for over 15 years and decided to take on the challenge and share my passion with our community. We will strive to produce the best products to satisfy our customers, as well as purchase the majority of our ingredients through our local farmers. Some ingredients are a bit harder to find locally; such as noodles, wrappers, wood ear mushrooms, and pork. Our products will be made fresh daily to ensure our customers get the best quality of spring rolls. We currently have family and friends who sell produce at Mililani and KCC whom advised to reach out to you. I understand that no food product should be the same... I recently visited Mililani and noticed that Olay Thai Lao Cuisine was no longer there, and hope that you folks would give us the opportunity to share our family favorite.

Aloha, LaoWaiian Style Creations is a small family ran operations that started in October 2022. The name was created by combining Lao traditions with Hawaii products. I am Laotian and my husband is Hawaiian, both born and raised on the island of Oahu. Our business is fairly new, but I have been sharing my spring rolls for many years now, with family and friends, as well as coworkers. Never thought of making a business until recently. The overwhelming feedback from everyone who tried our springs rolls has inspired us to share the unique flavors of our products.
