Handcrafted in small batches from 100% Connecticut corn grown by Pleasant View Farms, a family farm in Somers, CT. Our corn whiskey goes into the barrel at a lower proof creating a rich & bold flavor. The all corn mash bill yields a creamier corn whiskey mouth-feel. The current barrel is 108 proof and is Gluten-Free.
