Global Girls Initiative Texas Ambassador Organization

Background: Global Girls Initiative was originally founded in Tampa, Florida; and was brought to Texas in 2022.

Our Mission: To provide free menstrual hygiene products and education to students and youth in underserved communities to help improve their health, confidence, and self-esteem. Our goal is to END PERIOD POVERTY for ALL menstruators and remove the stigma associated with it through advocacy. Global Girls Initiative promotes period inclusivity and provides access to menstrual hygiene products to every person who menstruates regardless of gender. Globally, not all people with periods are women and not all women have periods.

Our Vision: Global Girls Initiative envisions a world where menstrual hygiene education and access to products are no longer needed and a world where future generations have the knowledge, resources, and confidence to lead their communities.
