We are a cottage food business that sells 100% organic, long-fermented sourdough breads, cinnamon rolls, fruit pies, english toffee, cookies, brownies, gluten free-banana bread, and other baked goods. We are completely family owned and operated and source local ingredients unless we can't find something we need. Our passion is to make healthy, hand made, from scratch, and always organic foods for people to enjoy.
Nate and Kalie have been married for 15 years and have 3 kiddos. Kalie has been baking for many years and over the last 5 years has mastered the art of sourdough breads. Studying relentlessly and learning all the science behind the entire process, she has come up with recipes and methods that are second to none. Nate adds his contribution not only by helping Kalie behind the scenes with the business, but also by making all the pies and toffee...from secret family recipes. They only eat organic in their home, and they only make organic foods to share!
