About
10-acre Regenerative Poultry Farm located in Lecanto, FL. We raise 200 plus birds each month on pasture while using organic and non-gmo feed. All of our products are processed and packaged on-site resulting in little waste and lesser emissions. Owned by a pilot and former physics teacher, STEM education and aviation training are also a part of what we do here at LPP.

Former high school physics and algebra teacher who had a lingering passion for agriculture started Lecanto Pastured Poultry after moving to a farm in 2021. While farming and local music performances take the better share of his time, he still has a passion for education and has incorporated STEM and aviation education into the farm.
