Corrective Dynamics approach takes into consideration your day to day life and focuses on imbalances your body may have. Pain can be caused by many things, and we want to help you find out what’s causing it and to help remove it from your life. The focus of each session is always to eliminate pain and stop the reoccurrence, not just mask it until the next time it comes around. Our elite massage therapists use modalities like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and structural integration to get your body moving and feeling better.
Mya has been a Massage Therapist since 2016 and recently completed her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science at The College of Idaho. She has an advanced understanding of the bodies anatomy and strives to help others with their pain. Modalities that Mya uses includes Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Structural Integration, Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Scraping.
In Mya's free time she enjoys improving her own health by frequently doing yoga, lifting weights, and expanding her knowledge in health and wellness. She also competes in bodybuilding in the Women's Wellness division in the NPC.
