Great Aunt Louise, who lived to be 101 years young, passed along these Family Inspired Foods/recipes.

Great Aunt Louise lived on the family arm where they harvested all of their own vegetables, dairy and meats so everything was made fresh. At Christmas, our entire family would get together and make a communal pot of Bagna Cauda (hot fondue of anchovies, garlic, butter and oil). We dipped fresh and roasted vegetables along with homemade Italian bread and of course Chianti. It was the best time of the year for me. Italian cooking and eating, gives me a great warmth and memories of my past.

Now I'm creating/bottling and sharing these foods with the world! Bagna Cauda, Bagnetto (parsley/anchovy pesto), Antipasto (pickled veggies/tomato base/tuna/anchovy) and Family Sauce (marinara). They are all very unique, specialty appetizers/sauces from the Piedmont region of Italy.

It brings me such joy when strangers sample these foods and I see their faces and hear their comments! Delizioso!
