Strippaggio is an Atlanta business started in 2011 with 2 stores. It has since morphed into an E-Commerce and local market business. We source premium olive oils & balsamic vinegars from small batch growers and bottle everything here in Atlanta.

Own and manage the business with my husband Danny since 2021. Prior to Strippaggio we owned Gymboree franchises in Atlanta, and before that I was an investment banker. We have 3 millennial daughters and love talking about great oils & vinegars while sampling at markets.
