My name is Chef Sawed Off. I'm from Detroit, MI where I experienced a number of things that made me grow up fast and work hard from the beginning of my life journey. I became a chef because of a desire indidnt know oi had which was making people happy with my hands. A few of the best qualities about me besides cooking is that I am relateable, honest willing to put my best foot forward no matter what others think of me. My Kitchen is also called the No Bake Factory because I like to think outside of the box. Outside of the box means creating Cheesecakes and Banana Pudding that taste like ice cream and last as long as ice cream. I'd like to think that my desserts and I have a lot in common since no bake Desserts originated during the great depression. Make something out of nothing is the phrase!
