Three Graces Dairy is a family-owned enterprise located on a historic farm in the mountains. We milk cows, goats and sheep to produce our award-winning small-batch artisan cheeses. Using natural husbandry practices including free access to pasture gives our milks the nuances and seasonality needed to produce traditional European style cheeses as well as many of our own creations.
Pastured
Our animals are lovingly raised from hand-fed babies up to becoming milkers. We use natural husbandry practices including free access to pesticide-free pasture.
