Nashphilly is the combination of Philly cheese steak and Italian food culture infused with southern and Nashville hot chicken culture. Waygu cheese steaks and hot chicken cheese steaks will be my specials. I also make prepared Italian foods you basically take and bake or with minimum effort prepare on the stove top, or simply microwave. Finally gourmet soups and chef inspired sides, all made from scratch are part Nashphilly too.
Hi, I’m chef Dustin Scaccetti. My family linage is Italian and Japanese, but I grew up in the Philadelphia suburbs. I am a graduate of the world renown premiere cooking college the Culinary Institute of America. Since graduating school in 2012, I have worked as a line and banquet cook at such world class resorts and hotels like the Montage of Deer Valley in Park City , and the Wequassette Golf Club in Cape Cod. Since moving to music city I was the sous chef at the award winning best sushi bar in Nashville, Oku from 2019-2022.
