Chestnut Seedlings

Our seedlings are grown from open-pollinated seeds, collected from trees that exhibit exceptional qualities (such as large nut size, high quality, and abundant yield). These trees have most likely been pollinized by other cultivars with similarly desirable traits.

Plants are grown in specially designed pots that prevent root spiraling, ensuring they do not become root bound. Before releasing chestnut seedlings, we carefully inspect each pot to confirm healthy root development (indicated by roots emerging from the bottom).
