The Second Stick Farm

Founders Xan and Casey Hamilton hold God, Family and Health above the rest. Xan is a Nashville native, growing up frequenting places like Rocketown, The Cannery Ballroom, Blue Sky Court, The Muse, Kung Fu Coffee, The End, Exit/In, Sam's Sushi and many other venues of a Nashville-gone-past. Despite being a part of the music scene, Xan has always had a passion for nature and all things growing. Casey, having grown up in Michigan surrounded by beautiful scenery and lakes, has a great passion for all things water and nature. Combining their passions and interests, they are a great force for good. Learning about soil health and regenerative farming practices together, they have cultivated a passion for becoming as zero-waste and regenerative as possible, adopting practices like composting all organic waste, using compost teas and extracts and low-to-no-till.

All of this has culminated into the production of organic, sustainably-grown microgreens in order to bring those in the Nashville area more affordable, locally-grown food-as-medicine produce.
