We are a registered Cottage Foods bakery in SE Aurora specializing in Indian-fusion baked goods and chai. Our goal is to spread the love of Indian flavors and desserts to our neighborhood! Our White Chocolate Chai Blondies are a top-seller and are a buttery blend of deep home-ground chai spices and the classic blondie. Our Gulab Jamun Mini Bundt Cakes are full of flavor and taste just like the traditional Indian sweet! We have something for everyone!
Jo is the American mom, baker, creative genius, delivery driver, market rep, website developer, ; Rohan is the Indian dad; and Viv is our 5 year-old son whom we have lovingly nicknamed "Babu" since he was born. "Babu" in Hindi means "sir". We started Babu's in October 2021 to spread our love of Indian desserts and treats to the Denver area, as Indian desserts are so often overlooked. Our goal is to eventually open a brick-and-mortar community cafe of Babu's.
