Hi, I'm Taylor! I have been baking for years and started sharing my passion with others in 2019. After I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, I took a break from baking. I thought, how can I share these baked goods with people if I can't even be sure if they're good anymore? After a few years of navigating my autoimmune disease and learning how difficult it is to find safe, gluten free food, I thought, "I bet other people feel this way too". I decided to redirect my baking and make 100% dedicated gluten & dairy free baked goods, so others with dietary restrictions know they have something they can always count on that's safe for them to eat. I exclusively make gluten and dairy free products (as well as some sugar free items), so there is no risk for cross contamination.
