PJW Creole Cuisine

After spending a summer in New Orleans where my family is from, it has been my desire to bring those flavors and that experience to West Michigan. Fueled by a deep love for food and bringing people together that dates back generations, I was inspired to open my food truck, PJW Creole Cuisine, as a way to support my goal and to one day open a restaurant to serve Creole food and provide musicians a place to perform.
