I am a local children's book author, and my first book is about to be published on June 23, 2023! It will be available on Amazon global, at Target, Barnes & Noble etc. It's an educational book set at the beach about marine life/oceans/recycling. Proceeds benefit an orphanage (one I partner with) in India that I volunteered at in person for a month last year, and have other NGO plans in the works to help underprivileged children/orphans in India.

It all began in 2001 by caring for three abandoned children and an HIV-positive woman who needed love. Over the last 13 years, the lives of hundreds of children and women have been transformed by love & care at BLC helps them to live life to the fullest! We look to provide holistic development for India's underprivileged & give them opportunities to live life to the fullest, irrespective of their social, economic, cultural or religious background. Our children come from different backgrounds – some are orphans, others are children of HIV/AIDS-affected parents but are themselves negative, some are children of commercial sex workers and children of parents with leprosy and incurable diseases. At the Bethesda Life Centre, these children receive love, care and attention in a safe & comfortable home. Their needs for food, clothing, medical treatment are met here. They also receive a formal education.
