Emily & Henry Sy have owned and operated Asian Fusion restaurants for the past 35 years in the DMV area. Emily is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management . Henry is a computer science geek who loves to share his love for the Chinese and Southeast Asian flavors he grew up with. Today, their passion is in creating healthy, umami frozen dumplings that people can enjoy at home, both traditional and gluten free.
